Journey of Love – 918 Bathurst

Beginning their first ever season with flourish and fervor, Lazzuli Baroque is proud to present
their inaugural show, Journey of Love. Featuring Italian music from the early 17th century,
Soprano Roseline Lambert and Mezzo-soprano Rocky Duval are joined by lute player Lucas
Harris and viola da gamba player Felix Deák.
Journey of Love features works by Monteverdi, Strozzi, and more. The concert takes the
audience through the stages of love: longing, infatuation, stability, fights, breakups, and a happy
ending for the lovers.
