Fan Wu’s Album Launch: Touch The Ten Thousand Things without Dependency LP

Album launch for Fan Wu’s touch The Ten Thousand Things without dependency LP, featuring a three-ring “stacked solos” drone/poetry continuum by Fan @abolishedbauble , Matt @princenifty (Prince Nifty) and Victoria @vicsanointedfavourites (New Chance). The performance will take place Thursday May 2nd, 8pm.

The album was created in Vernon two winters ago with a rotating host of collaborators. It is a document of an early process experimenting with infusing Daoist cosmologies into our Western milieu. We cultivate a space of contemplation under the shade of Zhuangzi’s “useless tree” where we channel the full force of our protoplasmic shapeshift.
