FutureBUILDS, a BIPOC Real Estate Development Incubator, seeks to support mid-career Black, Indigenous and People of Colour, who are interested in launching entrepreneurial ventures in real estate development. The goal of this initiative is to add new thinking, agility and ideas into the sector by engaging BIPOC entrepreneurs and innovators who are passionate about housing and building sustainable cities.

FutureBUILDS, developed by Monumental and implemented in partnership with the University of Toronto Infrastructure Institute. FutureBUILDS is funded by the Government of Canada’s Future Skills Centre.
