Julia Wyncoll runs both beginner and intermediate classes in the Pilates Method on Monday nights at 918 – 630pm for Beginners, 730pm for intermediate. The Pilates Method is an excellent technique for re-organizing our bodies to work efficiently, and with ease and grace. Results include more strength in the whole body, and a real reduction in stress. Julia is passionate about introducing people to the technique and helping them on the road to a body that feels better, something she has been doing for over 19 years! Those that know the technique can jump into the intermediate class for more fun, more challenge and more flow.
