918 Bathurst is available for meetings & conferences, receptions, theatrical and film productions, on-going workshops, classes and private events. It is through the rental of our various spaces that we are able to put on exciting programming for the public.

We offer a beautiful 8,000 square foot multi-purpose venue that is unique to Toronto. Our Great Hall is a large, natural redwood auditorium that boasts a 45ft cathedral ceiling (A-Frame). The Sun Room is a perfect reception or meeting room with 3 large skylights that extend up to 15 ft high ceilings. We also operate Gallery 918 out of the Sun and Star Rooms, so if you are a visual artist looking for an exhibition space, look no further.
On our Lower Level we offer a range of rooms which can be used for private meetings, workshops, classes, rehearsals, private/small screenings, installations, etc. etc. etc.

Things to consider before you make an inquiry to rent 918 Bathurst
1. We require a Security & Damage Deposit on all rentals
Just like renting an apartment, your money down secures you the space, and so long as you don’t damage anything or cause too much of a cleaning hassle, you get it all back promptly after your event.
2. We require your activity/event/organization to be appropriately insured
918 Bathurst is insured, of course, but our policy won’t cover you or your event if someone gets hurt doing your activity. Insurance is not always required, but in situations involving children, alcohol or lots of attendees, it’s a safe bet. Contact us to discuss.
3. We require you to obtain a Special Occasion Permit from the LCBO if you wish to serve or sell alcohol
