Classical Martial Arts training is a fun, traditional way to be active, get fit, promote good health, develop your strength and flexibility, build your balance, center your mind, and increase your focus and concentration.
There are several programs to meet a diverse range of health and fitness needs for all ages:
Ages 5-8 – introduces young bodies and minds to fitness, focus, and discipline.
Ages 9-14 – has been found to improve not only fitness but also performance. This program uses Goju Karate to enhance fitness and promote leadership skills.
Karate/Jiu Jitsu – A traditional Karate-Do/Jiu Jitsu program with a focus on fitness and practical self-defense techniques.
Tai Chi / Chi Gung – an integration of Tai Chi and Chi Gung techniques focused on enhancing vitality and achieving inner peace.
