The True Peace Toronto practices meditation and mindfulness in the tradition of Buddhist Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh and the Plum Village spiritual community which he leads. Thich Nhat Hanh’s teachings focus on the practice of mindfulness in everyday life, as well as on meditation in all its forms.

At meetings, members will discuss potential books to read in the coming month and will collectively decide on one. The following month, there will be an open discussion with the group on concepts expressed within the writings and the ways in which these concepts can help us more fully understand the intricacies of human consciousness and the ways in which we form our sense of identity or identities.
Every Monday from January 4 to June 21 (Except: Feb 15, March 15, April 5, May 24) from 7-8 pm (Beginner) and 8-9pm (Intermediate) in the Sun Room.
